Orbital Hinged Door
These new additions, to be launched in September, are; the stylish Orbital Hinged Door and the space-maximising Orbital Bi-Fold Door.
The high quality Orbital Hinged Door features 8mm thick toughened glass and is available in a range of size options; 760, 800, 900 & 1000mm width fittings. However, when used with inline panels, the flexible hinged door can be used to fit apertures up to 1700mm.
Alternatively, the Orbital Bi-Fold Door is ideal for when an inward opening door is required to avoid projection into the bathroom - helping to maximise space. This contemporary styled bi-fold door features 6mm thick glass, solid brass chrome plated hinges and is available in a range of width fittings; 760, 800, 900, 1000 &1200mm.
Both the hinged and the bi-fold door options are ideal for an alcove situation, or alternatively can be used with side-panels to achieve an eye-catching two or three sided enclosure. The enclosures feature new chrome on brass ergonomic handles, along with the sumptuously curved profiles that are unique to the Roman Orbital collection.
The Orbital Hinged and Bi-Fold Doors stand at an impressive height of 1900mm and are reversible for left or right hand fitting. To complete the look there is a choice of a silver or white frame finish.
As with all Roman shower enclosures the Orbital Bi-Fold and Hinged Doors are covered by Roman’s service backed ‘Truelife’ Lifetime guarantee.
Commenting on the new products, Roman’s Design Manager, Chris Ward, says; “Since its launch to the market in 2004, the Orbital range has proved to be one of our most popular collections. Currently the range consists of; smooth action sliding doors and our space-saving quadrants, which take up minimal wall space, yet bow out into the middle of the room to create a massive showering area. Due to the range’s popularity Roman decided to launch new additions, which likewise make good use of space. The key being flexibility, Roman wanted products which were available in a range of size options, as well as an inward opening door alternative that would allow for other bathroom furniture.
“From this the Orbital Bi-Fold and Hinged Door were born. Attention to detail, ease of installation and suburb good looks meet to create the next evolution of this successful range.”
