The Roman Shield Wetroom System came out top as the favourite product of the year voted for and by consumers from the pages of Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms Magazine.
The Roman Team attended the prestigious KBB Review Industry Awards on the 11th May at the ExCel exhibition centre in London, which delivered a showcase of the latest talent in design, product innovation and customer service excellence. The KBB Readers’ Award was presented to Roman’s Managing Director, David Osborne by KBB’s Editor Jackie Daley and Comedian, Marcus Brigstocke. Competition this year was tougher than previous years, with a record level of entries across 17 categories which included the new KBB Readers’ Design Award.
The winning product, the Roman Shield Wetroom System includes everything you need to tank a wetroom in one easy to use kit- including primer, tanking tape, tanking compound, outlet sleeve for the drain and a step-by-step guide to installing the perfect wetroom. The Roman Shield Wetroom System removes any complications commonly associated with the installation of wetrooms and offers reassurance for those consumers who are still wary of installing a wetroom. Accompanied with the Roman Preformed Shower Floor- manufactured from Roman Stone, the consumer has the added reassurance of a tray hidden beneath the tiled wetroom floor. Roman’s Preformed Shower Floor can be placed directly down to joists and can then be simply tanked and tiled over to create an ultra modern wetroom.
