Following their fourth time exhibiting at the Sleep exhibition, Roman, the UK’s leading shower manufacturer and designer, have concluded the show was another great success.
Sleep 09 marked the first official showing of Roman’s brand new 10mm thick Sculptures Hinged door Enclosure with chrome Jet Black Hinges and Handles, which was well received by all. These unique black hinges and handles offer an exquisite touch to create a stunning enclosure. The jet black hinges and handles feature a mirrored black chromed finish - offering the ultimate in quality, precision and craftsmanship. The minimalist shape and smooth edges ensure that they seamlessly blend in and complement all hotel bathroom fittings.
Another key talking point on the stand was the showcase of Roman’s new and inspired collection of bathroom accessories and everyday indulgences – Roman at Home. The Roman at Home sumptuously soft collection of bathlinen encompassing; original bathmats, unisex bathrobes and an extensive towel collection featuring heavyweight 680gsm and 100% Egyptian cotton were just one of the collections to be showcased. The collection was particularly noted for its softness and thickness along with the unique embroided Roman Designer motif.
Roman also exhibited their stylish Champagne Cooler and Glasses for the bathroom. A cool glass of champagne can be enjoyed from one of the chic flutes, which sit elegantly in the stylish chrome holder, ensuring every lingering drop of champagne is beautifully chilled. The cooler is compatible for installation on a straight wall or in a corner situation – allowing it to be positioned above the bath. The perfect addition for a honeymoon or luxury hotel suite.
Also showcased was Roman’s Award Winning wetroom tanking system - Roman Shield. Roman Shield is an easy to use and specify system which makes the installation of a wetroom a simple process. Wetrooms are a key trend for luxury hotels; as a result the system received a great deal of interest over the 2 day show.
Other items on display included the Sculptures Sliding Door Enclosure which features 10mm thick glass and minimalist framing. It is available alone for an alcove situation and with one or two side panels for a straight wall or corner installation. It can be installed as a wetroom, to a Roman Sculptures low level tray or, for the ultimate spa-like ambience, to a stunning optic light tray. It was shown with the brand new Infinity Tray which features a single angle flow to the waste and a stylish load bearing solid surface waste cover. The Infinity Tray is soon to be launched with slate and travertine options.
Roman also presented their best selling Hotel product- the Orbital Folding Bath Screen for over the bath showering solutions. The Screen cleverly folds away when not in use allowing easier access to the full length of a hotel bath. It features 8mm think glass and is designed for use with power showers.
