Roman opens a brand new showroom at its factory in Newton Aycliffe which showcases all of Roman’s products and ranges. The showroom is open to all house-builders and retailers and is complete with training and meeting area.

Roman forged a partnership with The Yard, one of Irelands leading bathroom showrooms. The Yard are considered leaders in design and innovation and are a multi award winning company. They will act as both a retailer and a distributor across Ireland on Roman’s behalf.

Roman opens its own tray plant to cope with demand for low-level trays. This gives Roman the scope to produce more individual and innovative shaped shower enclosures.

Roman celebrates its 20th Anniversary. The Company now employees 193 people on two major sites in the UK (today there are 218 employees).

Roman revises its ‘Original’ brochure, which covers the Orbital, Collage and Jupiter ranges. New products featuring in the brochure include new minimalist looking Orbital Sliding Doors and new Collage Curved Glass Quadrants. New ranges introduced to the brochure are the Roman Waterfall Collection of thermostatic shower valves and the Roman Accessories range of shower baskets.
