Roman has a 14 strong sales-force. Within this there is a dedicated and experienced contract sales team of 3. They are on hand to offer help and advice whenever it is needed – helping to compile a site specification, negotiate a group trading package, or even to suggest a suitable product for a difficult application. Roman also have a team of 31 fully employed technical engineers located across the UK and Ireland who can, install products at sites, back up the lifetime guarantee and offer training to your own installers. The technical engineers are experts on Roman products, so by using them to fit goods, installation errors (a common cause of call-backs) are eliminated.
All Roman shower enclosures and bath screens carry a service-backed lifetime guarantee - the Roman ‘Truelife’ Guarantee. It is a service designed to give both you and your purchaser confidence and peace of mind. In the unlikely event that a product fails, a Roman engineer will visit the site (either before handover, or in consultation with your purchaser if the plot is already occupied) and carry out any work that is necessary.
