Use of Copyright and Trademark material from the Roman Ltd Website ("Site")
The Roman Ltd website and all information within are subject to international Copyright and Trademark Protection Laws and therefore the Site is strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are permitted to browse and download material from the site solely for the use of viewing and understanding Roman Ltd products and services. Users are not permitted to download, reproduce, distribute or display any of the material from the Site for Commercial use without prior written consent from Roman Ltd.
Roman Ltd will endeavor to keep the Site as up to date and accurate as possible. However, Roman Ltd and its Directors accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions within the site content, which may directly lead to any loss or damage.
Online Purchasing from Roman Ltd
Our products are presented to the highest and most accurate possible standard on our website. However, the products shown may vary slightly due to individual computer monitor settings; therefore the images shown may not be a perfect representation of the actual products. Once you have chosen your goods, you will be asked for your financial details. All credit / debit card details are encrypted through our system, therefore the information that is passed through the internet to our computer, will be coded when submitted and un-coded when received by Roman Ltd. Roman Ltd only requires the use of customer financial details for the purchase of products, therefore at no other time do we require your details to view the rest of the site.
By clicking on the submit button, you are entering into a contract with Roman Ltd whereby you acknowledge the use of your payment details, solely for the purpose of purchasing your selected product(s). Orders can alternatively be given over the phone or fax by contacting our Customer Services Department on Tel - 01325 328034, Fax - 01325 328031.
Any contract not completed by Roman Ltd or the customer within a 30 day period, may be withdrawn by either party and a full refund given.
Order Confirmation
Before you submit your order, you have the opportunity to check and amend any information you have provided, and that you have read and accepted our terms & conditions. Once you submit your order you will be sent confirmation by email that your order has been received along with an order reference number.
Non acceptance of an order may be the result of;
- The product ordered may not be in stock
- Roman were unable to obtain payment authorisation
- Product / Pricing identification error
- The customer may not accept the terms and conditions set by Roman Ltd.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Some products may require a shipping and handling fee. If a Fee is required, it will be clearly shown on the order confirmation page before you submit to any payments.
Occasionally, Roman may experience difficulty in despatching orders. Therefore if we are experiencing any problems, we will make every effort to inform you of the delay.
Delivery of our products will only be made to the registered credit card holder and also must be a permanent resident of the UK.
Reporting a Product Query
Upon delivery of your product, you are required to inspect the product thoroughly as to ascertain any faults, damages or errors. This is so they can be rectified immediately.
